Alison is a twenty-year veteran in the human resource training and development field, and the owner of Dynamic 365. As a facilitation strategist, Alison has a proven track record of success working with some of the world’s largest corporations. From global telecom leader Alcatel Lucent to America’s transportation giant BNSF, Alison brings deep expertise in sales training, meeting facilitation, one-on-one coaching, 360-degree feedback, presentation coaching, and corporate debriefings. Her extensive experience spans various industries, including telecommunications, biotechnology, IT, insurance, and fundraising. Alison has partnered with renowned organizations such as Steinbrecher & Associates, Peck Training, and IOWEU, delivering impactful training across functional verticals like sales, marketing, operations, and production. Based in Orange County/Laguna Beach, CA, Alison brings an innovative, thoughtful approach to inspire teams and help organizations achieve their most ambitious goals.

Karen Fox
Karen is a highly regarded training professional and coach, known for her dynamic and engaging delivery of leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills. With over 18 years of experience, she has become a trusted expert in her field. Karen holds more than 15 nationally recognized training certifications from renowned organizations like Franklin Covey, BlessingWhite, Wilson Learning, and Dale Carnegie. She is certified in MBTI/Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and as a Certified Synchronous Training Professional (CSTP), delivering interactive and impactful training webinars. Karen also completed the graduate-level Training and Development program at Georgetown University. Her international experience is extensive, with assignments in France, England, Holland, Hungary, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia for major companies such as Concert/British Telecom, MCI, and Cisco. Jane brings over 25 years of experience in project management and training. Her career spans extensive work in the corporate sector, including consulting and speaking engagements in the private sector. She spent 15 years at Citigroup, where she held leadership and officer-level roles in operations, training, and marketing, managing a variety of corporate projects. Additionally, Jane worked for over 10 years at Oppenheimer Funds, overseeing training functions, the project office, and large-scale enterprise projects. She is currently a consultant, delivering project management keynotes and training globally. Jane holds certifications in numerous training programs with a focus on project management, leadership, customer service, coaching, and quality management. She has a strong background in training development and design, creating unique and engaging learning experiences.
